Catering Driver / Dispatcher

We’re looking for someone energetic, proactive and meticulous to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our delivery operations. If you love delighting customers, take complete ownership of your duties, and strive for excellence, we want to hear from you.

You will:

• Pack, deliver, set up and tear down catering buffets/mini buffets in a timely and organised manner.
• Pack and deliver general meal box orders in a timely and organised manner.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness of delivery vehicle(s).
• Assist in logistics-related work.
• Ensure food dispatched to our mealbox and buffet catering teams are accurate.
• Ensure food orders are sufficiently well packed to withstand the rigours of transport.
• Ensure food orders are dispatched on time for pick up.
• Achieve the target Fulfilment defect rate prevailing from time to time
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time.

We're looking for someone with:

• Physical strength to handle bulky items.
• A class 3 driving license (manual).
• 2 years driving experience (preferred).
