Pastry Cook

As Cook, you’ll hold a significant role in pastry kitchen operations as you become an expert in preparing a wide variety of pastry items. You will also be helping to create memorable experiences for guests whenever they dine in our hotel.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
• Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
• Attends and participates in daily briefings, other meetings and training sessions as scheduled
• Provide input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines
• Prepare, cook, serve and store a variety of pastry items
• Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
• Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service

What we need from you

● A minimum qualification in Diploma in Pastry & Baking

● At least 1 year of baking experience
