F&B Trainer
About this job
As F&B Trainer, you’ll manage all training and development activities for the Food & Beverages department. You will be in charge of identifying training needs, developing training contents and implementing the training modules for your team. You will incorporate valueable training sessions to uplift the skills of the team in order to deliver great results for the hotel.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Identifying training needs of the F&B department
- Working closely with Quality & Training Manager and F&B Leaders to incorporate key training modules for the team
- Understanding IHG Brand Standards to impart the information to the team for compliance and ensuring the brand standards for the department is being implemented correctly
- Conducts classroom, On the Job Training
- Maintains training records
- Develops Standard Operating Procedures and cascade changes to SOPs when required.
- Works closely with HR team to drive training and development activities for the hotel
What we need from you
- A minimum qualification in Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in the a supervisory level, including management experience
- Strong knowledge of F&B competencies in all aspects of F&B - Restaurant, Bars, Banquets
