• Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project team

• Monitor project progress, schedule, and quality of work

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site requirements

• Prepare site reports, method statements, and documentation

• Resolve site issues and provide practical technical solutions

✅ Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant site experience (fresh graduates may apply)

• Familiar with construction drawings and site coordination

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

• Good communication and teamwork skills
