Data Collection Executive (Remote/WFH)

Role Overview

The Mobile App Data Collection Executive is an entry-level, fully remote position open to candidates with no prior experience. In this role, you will learn how to gather, organize, and prepare mobile app user reviews, customer feedback, and usage reports (such as heatmaps and interaction maps) across iOS and Android apps. Full hands-on training, virtual onboarding, and ongoing mentorship will be provided on all tools, software, and data collection processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect Reviews & Feedback: Learn to extract and log daily app store reviews, star ratings, and user comments from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and support portals.

• Gather App Usage Reports: Support the retrieval of user interaction data, screen heatmaps, and tap maps using mobile analytics tools following step-by-step guidelines.

• Organize & Format Data: Clean, sort, and organize raw feedback into standard spreadsheet templates using shared cloud drives.

• Maintain Daily Logs: Keep clear records of collected data files and update team tracking boards to ensure daily and weekly collection tasks are completed on time.

• Learn Privacy Standards: Follow provided training instructions to ensure user privacy is protected and personal information is masked during data processing.

Requirements & Qualifications

• No prior experience required — comprehensive training will be provided during onboarding.

• Basic familiarity with using smartphones (iOS or Android) and navigating mobile apps.

• Basic computer skills, including comfort with using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and web browsers.

• A reliable home computer/laptop and high-speed internet connection.

• Strong self-motivation, good communication skills via remote chat (Slack/Teams), and high attention to detail.
