Business Development Executive

We are a face-to-face sales and marketing service provider representing established brands across various industries.

We are looking for motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our Singapore team.

This role provides hands-on exposure to sales, customer engagement and brand representation, with progression opportunities based on individual performance and development.

No prior sales experience is required. Training, coaching and ongoing feedback will be provided to support your development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales and marketing activities on behalf of client brands

• Engage potential customers professionally and identify their needs

• Present and communicate products, services and campaign information clearly

• Work towards individual and team sales targets

• Build positive and sustainable customer relationships

• Participate in events, roadshows and other face-to-face marketing campaigns where required

• Develop sales, communication and presentation capabilities through hands-on training and feedback

• Maintain professional standards when representing client brands

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable engaging customers face-to-face

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Willingness to learn and receive feedback

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• No prior experience required

• Relevant sales, customer service or customer-facing experience will be advantageous
