Staff Nurse for OBGYN specialist clinic in Novena

Specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology clinic at Mount Elizabeth Novena looking to hire full-time staff nurse.

Job Scope

• Undertake nursing duties (i.e. phlebotomy, subcutaneous/intramuscular injections, simple wound dressings)
• Perform medication dispensing and patient counseling
• Perform clinical and administrative duties including handling patient enquiries, scheduling patient appointments, patient registration, booking of referrals/ investigations, cashiering, financial counseling and filing insurance claims
• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations including maintaining clinic medication inventory and proper clinic records, sterilization of medical equipment
• Chaperone specialist, attend to patients, prepare them for examination and assist in minor procedures as required

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing
• Candidates with previous experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Plato experience will be prioritized
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Good attitude, able to work in fast-paced environment
• Good team-player and ability to work independently
• Patient oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
• 5.5 day work week (Mon-Fri AM/PM and Sat AM)
