Procurement Administrator (1 Year Contract, Up to 4k) #HAC

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, review and execution of contracts and NDAs through wet-ink or e-signature.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders and vendor information.
• Manage end-to-end processing of low-value purchases and straightforward subscriptions independently.
• Liaise with vendors to add, remove or transfer users and manage related account updates.
• Process invoices and support timely payment-related activities.
• Track contract expiry dates and coordinate contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate procurement data across systems such as INFOmatch, SAP and Coupa.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across procurement management systems.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc procurement reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain proper procurement documentation and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support for sourcing, procurement and other related projects.
• Assist with simple end-user queries and provide basic support when required.
• Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement

• Possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
• Experience in Procurement management systems and tools
