Job Responsibilities:

* Greet and register patients.

* Schedule patient appointments.

* Coordinate specialist consultation referrals.

* Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

* Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.

* Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service.

* Support Health Monitoring Stations based on roster, including taking patients’ height, weight and blood pressure measurements.

Requirements:

Minimum N/O/A level

Able to commit to 44 working hours per week.

Able to commit to contract duration: 1 year.
