Job Summary

Join our team as an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our blue-collar workforce, ensuring efficient recruitment, compliance, payroll, and workforce administration to support smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview blue-collar and general workers to meet workforce needs
• Manage MOM Portal operations, including submitting and renewing Work Permit applications and handling related transactions to ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain accurate personnel records for workforce management
• Monitor and manage attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave records to support payroll accuracy and labor compliance
• Process monthly payroll and perform related administrative duties to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
• Work independently to manage daily HR functions and support operational workforce requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with MOM Portal, Work Permit administration, payroll systems, and attendance tracking software
