About this job
Job Scope
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ functional, physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial needs.
- Develop and implement individualised occupational therapy treatment plans based on patients’ conditions and rehabilitation goals.
- Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ independence in daily living, work, and community activities.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapy programmes, adaptive techniques, and assistive devices.
- Monitor and document patients’ progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical records accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Job Requirements
- Min Degree in Occupational Therapy or any related field.
