BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Summary

Lead and manage key appointments in the employment industry, leveraging over 7 years of experience to build strong partnerships and support business growth. Travel overseas as needed to engage with international partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage key appointments and employment industry operations to ensure compliance and effective service delivery
• Liaise with business partners in the Philippines and Indonesia to facilitate collaboration and business development
• Plan and execute overseas business trips to strengthen international partnerships and support company objectives
• Apply industry knowledge and experience to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
• Demonstrate professionalism and maturity in handling complex employment industry challenges and stakeholder relationships

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree holder
• Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Key Appointment Holder - KAH)
• Proficiency in Tagalog and Indonesian languages to support communication with regional partners
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the employment industry
• Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes
• Suitability for mature employees

Other Information

• Salary range SGD 6,500.00 to SGD 11,000.00 based on experience and knowledge of the employment market
• Singaporean or Singapore PR will be consider first and foreigners are welcome to apply
