About the Role

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our growing team.

As a Retail Sales Executive at Gain City, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, providing expert advice and tailored recommendations on our products. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building rapport, understands consultative selling and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will conduct product demonstrations, respond to customer queries professionally and work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional service. Your ability to meet sales targets consistently, stay informed about market trends and maintain a well-organised sales floor will contribute directly to our store’s success.

As a new employee, you will be eligible for guaranteed commission during your first 3 months.

Job Summary
Join Gain City as a Retail Sales Executive! Earn up to $4,000/month with commissions.

Key Points

• 44 hours per week (including weekends & public holidays)

• Training provided + annual wage increment

• Guaranteed commission for first 3 months (new joiners)

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Demonstrate and explain product features (appliances, furniture, bedding, aircon)

• Provide excellent service and handle customer feedback professionally

• Maintain stock accuracy and keep store neat & presentable

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused

• Good communication in English; Chinese and/or Malay proficiency preferred. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese and/or Malay to effectively communicate with Chinese and/or Malay-speaking clients.

• Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets

• Retail sales or interior design background is a plus
