Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for Gain City. This role covers retail promotions, digital marketing, events, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives to drive brand awareness, footfall, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

• Develop marketing content, promotional materials, and creative assets to support campaigns and store activities.

• Coordinate advertising, social media, digital marketing, public relations, events, and partnerships.

• Assist in planning store events, roadshows, product launches, and community engagement activities.

• Work closely with internal departments, external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure timely campaign execution.

• Coordinate marketing budgets, quotations, and campaign schedules.

• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries across digital communication channels, including social media, email, and messaging platforms.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Support day-to-day marketing operations and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, retail marketing or a similar role.

• Familiar with digital marketing platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, and social media channels.

• Good understanding of marketing principles, campaign planning and content development.

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative, proactive and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
