Accounts Executive (Full Sets/ AP/ AR)

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Recording Financial Transactions: This includes daily data entry, processing invoices and receipts, and maintaining accurate records of all financial activity.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing the process of paying vendors and receiving payments from customers.
• Bank Reconciliations: Ensuring the company's bank records match the bank statements.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Maintaining accurate records in the general ledger, including journal entries.
• Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and schedules.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

• Minimum diploma in Finance/accounting or business or related qualification
• Strong Understanding of Accounting Principles
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communications and problem-solving skills
• High integrity, meticulous and proactive
• Independent, self-driven with the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines
• A good team player.
