Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager with experience leading B2B and FMCG brands across local, regional, and international markets. Combines analytical thinking, creative execution, and commercial acumen to translate business and consumer insights into strong brand strategies, integrated campaigns, and measurable growth.

Experienced in managing the full brand lifecycle, from strategy and positioning to campaign execution, digital marketing, trade marketing, events, and performance analysis.


1. Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Work closely with the Supervisor, Director and Clients to develop clear brand strategies and marketing plans.

  • Translate agreed brand strategies into actionable campaigns, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

  • Conduct market, competitor, consumer, and brand research to support strategic recommendations.

  • Ensure all marketing activities remain aligned with the agreed brand direction and objectives.

2. Brand Execution & Campaign Management

  • Take ownership of executing approved brand and marketing plans accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and coordination across internal teams and external partners.

  • Ensure work is delivered on time, with strong attention to detail and without unnecessary delays.

  • Maintain consistency in brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and overall execution.

  • Follow agreed strategies, processes, and direction while raising questions or concerns when clarification is needed.

3. Client Management

  • Support day-to-day communication and relationship management with assigned clients.

  • Provide regular updates on campaign progress, deliverables, timelines, and performance.

  • Understand client needs and communicate clearly and professionally across different stakeholders and teams.

  • Build trust through reliability, responsiveness, and consistent execution.

  • Work closely with the Supervisor and Director to manage client expectations and resolve issues appropriately.

4. Team & Project Management

  • Coordinate internal creative, digital, content, media, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Establish priorities, track timelines, and follow up on outstanding deliverables.

  • Identify potential delays or issues early and escalate them to the appropriate Supervisor or Director.

  • Ensure projects are completed according to agreed scope, quality standards, and deadlines.

  • Contribute to a structured and collaborative working environment.

5. Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor brand and campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Prepare reports and summarize key performance insights for the Supervisor, Director, and clients.
  • Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data and feedback to make practical recommendations while staying aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • Continuously learn from campaign performance, market developments, and team feedback to improve future execution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, account manager, or a related role, preferably in FMCG, F&B, Wellness, or other B2B sectors.

- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, campaign development, and marketing execution.

- Able to translate an agreed brand strategy into clear plans, timelines, and high-quality execution.

- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver work accurately and on schedule.

- Comfortable coordinating with clients, creative, digital, content, media, and other internal or external partners.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional and reliable working relationships.

- Strong sense of ownership while respecting agreed strategic direction, processes, and decision-making responsibilities.

- Demonstrates curiosity, willingness to learn, and good judgment in knowing when to take initiative and when to seek guidance.

- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining consistency with the agreed brand direction.

- Comfortable working with marketing performance data and turning results into practical recommendations.

- Demonstrates good judgment, takes ownership of responsibilities, and knows when to take initiative and when to seek guidance.
