Sales Executive

Job Description

· Actively develop new prospects and maintained existing business accounts

· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Company products and services to clients

· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate clients’ need

· Preparation of proposal and quotations in a timely manner

· Closes profitable business that supports business objectives

· Record monthly sales and analyse the business trends, planning for new strategies

· Sales coordination with internal departments to ensure order fulfilment from customers

· Respond to customer enquiries

· Develop strategies and execute plans to meet company objectives

· Work with internal teams to prepare marketing materials and collaterals to support the sale of products and services including copywriting, proofreading and liaising with designers and printers

· Set up digital/media platform

· Create content for sales pitch

· Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

· Ad hoc jobs assigned by the Manager

Requirements

· Diploma with 2 years relevant experience in the related field will be an advantage

· Strong conceptual selling, presentation, closing and organizational skills

· Excellent analytical and time-management skills

· Effective negotiation and communications skills

· Self-driven, goal-oriented and motivated

· An effective team player and ability to work independently

· Proficient in English and Chinese
