Contract - Perm / Direct Perm Patient Liaison Officer for Fertility Clinic #HGAT

Location: Orchard

Working Hours:

Mondays - Fridays 8am - 5pm, Saturdays 8am - 12pm

*Certain days might stagger to 7am - 4pm depending on cases

Responsibilities:

- Appointment bookings

- Financial administration

- General administrative functions

- Handling of enquiries

- Management of patients’ records

- Processing of claims

- Public events

- Replenish inventories

- Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

- Experience in frontline customer service and/ or practical knowledge of healthcare operations is preferred

- Service oriented and patient focused

- Willing to work overtime and on weekends/ public holidays

- Do take note this is a fertility clinic, have to be comfortable to touch on topics like sex / termination of pregnancy when educating patients
