About this job

Our Company

EOS IT Solutions is a global technology and logistics company, providing collaboration and business IT support services to some of the world's largest industry leaders. We deliver forward-thinking solutions built on multi-domain architecture, with customer satisfaction and a commitment to exceptional service at the heart of everything we do.

As a truly international IT provider, we are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity and trusted transparency, while continuing to invest in and support our employees and partners.

The Opportunity

We are looking for someone curious, dependable and keen to build a career in project management. You will support security projects alongside experienced EPMs, learn how projects are planned and delivered, and take on greater responsibility as your capability develops. Recent graduates and candidates moving from administration, coordination, technical or operational roles are welcome.

Projects cover physical and electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intruder alarms, intercoms, electronic door hardware and associated security infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning. Help the EPM define tasks, milestones, dependencies and deliverables, and maintain practical project plans using the team's templates.
  • Coordinate assigned work. Take responsibility for defined tasks or workstreams, follow up owners and keep the Lead EPM informed of progress, decisions needed and blockers.
  • Maintain project controls. Update schedules, action lists, risk and issue logs, change records and project folders with accurate, traceable information.
  • Work with delivery partners. Support communication with system integrators, vendors, security designers, facilities and IT teams to coordinate agreed activities and resolve information gaps.
  • Build technical understanding. Learn to read security drawings, door schedules and device layouts, with guidance from Lead EPM, EPMs and technical specialists.
  • Support site delivery. Help coordinate site access, equipment readiness, installation activities and inspections; report progress and emerging concerns to the EPM.
  • Track Procurement. Assist with delivery tracking and updates under EPM guidance.
  • Support quality and handover. Coordinate audit and commissioning activities, track defects and collect test evidence, as-built drawings and acceptance records for review.
  • Report and improve. Prepare concise progress updates, monitor agreed delivery measures and contribute practical suggestions and lessons learned to improve team processes.

Essential Criteria

  • A clear interest in project management and electronic security, with enthusiasm to learn and build a long-term career.
  • Reliability, initiative and the confidence to ask questions, accept feedback and follow through on commitments.
  • Good organisation, attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Basic confidence with spreadsheets, documents and presentations, and a willingness to learn Google Workspace and project tracking tools.
  • Ability to work with different teams, prioritise assigned tasks and raise problems early.

Desired Criteria

  • A degree, diploma, vocational qualification or practical experience in project management, business, engineering, construction, IT or security.
  • Exposure through internships, study projects, volunteering, administration, coordination or technical work. No previous Project Manager title is required.
  • Familiarity with security systems or project tools, or interest in CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation. Prior security experience and certification are not required.

If you are passionate about security risk management, continuous improvement, and delivering successful projects, we encourage you to apply and become part of our growing team.
