Job Description:

This is a part-time position with a Japanese company.
Minimum 3 days per week, 5 hours per day
Working hours can be arranged flexibly!
This is initially a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension depending on the situation.

• Recording Japanese online financial results briefings (main responsibility)
• Purchasing and replenishing office supplies, such as water and tea
• Coordinating internal and external schedules and communications
• Managing receipts
• Printing documents and replacing printer ink cartridges
• Managing office supply inventories and creating/attaching labels using a label printer
• Assembling, moving, and setting up monitors and desks
• Making online reservations for lunch and restaurants, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Experience working with PC applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Advanced business-level Japanese proficiency, as the role requires understanding Japanese-language discussions during the recording of online financial results briefings, as well as regular coordination and communication with Japanese-speaking colleagues
• Experience in general administrative work
• Able to work on-site at the office
• A team player with good communication skills
