Technical Delivery Engineer

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot end-to-end streaming and network issues, including latency, packet loss, buffering, and playback problems.
- Support integration and testing across telecom product.
- Lead customer on-site deployment, UAT, performance testing, and acceptance.
- Provide L2 technical support and work closely with R&D teams to resolve critical issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and improve delivery processes through automation and scripting.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, integration, or operations.
- Proficient in Linux, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, HLS/DASH and streaming technologies.
- Experience with Python and/or Shell scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer-facing, and communication skills.
- Experience with Singapore/SEA telecom operators/providers is a strong plus.
- Good English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
