Job Summary:
Leads the Business Development teams across Southeast Asia. Drives pursuit strategies, external engagement, and internal coordination to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape BD strategy with market leads and maintain regional market insights.
• Coordinate meetings and opportunities across principals, clients, and partners.
• Lead bid strategy, pitching, and presentation preparation.
• Collaborate with Aedas Global to align marketing materials and messaging.
• Mentor the team and guide cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of business development experience within the architecture industry.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Prior leadership or team management experience.
• Regional market exposure within Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
