BANKING OPERATIONS | 6-MONTH CONTRACT

📅 6 Months Contract | Extendable

Job Scope:

• Handle settlement of wealth management products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products and structured deposits.
• Manage corporate actions, position reconciliation and client statements.
• Participate in system UAT and be trained as a trainer for the new system.
• Suggest improvements to operational workflows and reduce operational risks.
• Process deposits and remittances, including deposit accounts and corporate banking remittances.
• Process accounts payable, including vendor payments and staff claims.
• Manage the SWIFT Alliance system and process SWIFT transactions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
