Location: Maxwell

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour

Work Type: 8-Month Contract

Salary: Up to $18/hour (~$ 3,200 per month)

What you will be working on?

• Perform Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including the creation and maintenance of Vendor records, processing of goods receipting transactions, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Liaise and work with relevant internal and external stakeholders on Accounts Payable related queries
• Prepare documentations for any queries or clarifications in relation to Accounts Payable, including audit related queries.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Basic Accounting knowledge with/or handles admin work.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Outlook and Excel
