Assistant Manager, Finance [Healthcare]

• Location: Alexandra Road
• Working Hours: Office Hours
• Salary: Up to $5,000 per month
• Duration: 9 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly and year-end financial closing activities, including analysis of actual results against budget.
• Work closely with business units and institutions on annual budget planning and financial projections.
• Consolidate data across various business units to support financial modelling and analysis.
• Identify key financial insights and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
• Manage funding-related matters and reporting requirements.
• Support and monitor the funding request and claims process.
• Support new system testing, workflow reviews, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Act as a key finance resource and provide value-added support and advice to business partners on operational and financial matters.
• Undertake other ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting officer.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a degree in Accountancy with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with data visualization tools will be advantageous.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications.
