Business Management Intern

We are looking for a driven Business Management intern to join our team. We offer a great springboard for bright minds to become an integral contributor to the growth story of one of the world’s largest communications agency. We seek someone who is sharp, flexible and agile.
We’ll give you a broad understanding of all areas of our business so you can get involved and support your line manager across the board. You’ll be working closely with the business team, helping to coordinate client deliverables, prepare RFPs, maintain timesheets, and schedule calls with clients. You’ll thrive on organization, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
This is a 6 months paid internship program.
Key Responsibilities
- RFP support – Assist in creating and organizing RFPs and pitch responses, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Timesheet management – Maintain accurate client timesheets and reporting tools.
- Administration tasks – Support the team with documentation, invoicing, scoping, and monitoring.
- Client coordination – Arrange meetings, schedule calls, and liaise with clients to understand requirements.
- Creative input – Offer ideas to account leads to develop engaging campaigns and encourage clients to embrace creativity.
- Research & analysis – Conduct market research, distill insights, and prepare recommendations to support client and team objectives.
Prerequisites
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working as part of a team, with confidence to build client rapport.
- Awareness of creative processes and digital platforms.
- Comfortable with numbers, reporting, and business arithmetic.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Apple Keynote, and project collaboration platforms.
- A personable and professional character that inspires trust.
- Curiosity, openness, and eagerness to learn with potential to grow into a full‑time role.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and be a dependable member of the team.
- Familiarity with AI tools to make day to day operations efficient.
