Our client, an established organisation in the retail and consumer sector, is looking for an HR Executive to join its team.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with HR Operations experience or In-house Recruitment experience who are keen to expand their exposure into broader HR functions, including Compensation & Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
• Manage recruitment from sourcing through offer stage
• Support employee relations and engagement matters
• Assist with payroll inputs, benefits and leave administration
• Prepare salary proposals and employment documentation
• Support work pass and statutory HR administration
• Gain exposure to Compensation & Benefits and broader HR initiatives
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related discipline
• 1–3 years of HR Operations and/or In-house Recruitment experience
• Candidates keen to learn Compensation & Benefits are welcome to apply
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, organised and willing to learn
