Responsibilities

Support Lecturer Deployment

• Prepare and update the list of deployed lecturers (5 FT & 20 Adjunct lecturers)
• Schedule classes and prepare timetables after checking lecturer availability
• Prepare and send deployment for approval and arrange contract from HR
• Register with EDP partner by sending necessary documents to Academic Directors
• Update lecturer deployment tracker for TU
• Prepare monthly hours report for FT lecturers
• Provide the supporting document to register new lecturers with SSG via QAC

Timetable / Course Planning

• Prepare an orientation email draft for ASM with the required attachments
• Prepare a module student name list for ALL courses and share it with ASM
• Prepare timetables for in-house and EDP programmes
• Inform students of changes via Blackboard, email & WhatsApp
• Update late-joiners on the timetable
• Provide timetables to the marketing team as requested
• Classroom allocations
• Zoom / Swivl links
• Student queries

Minimum Academic Qualifications & Work Experience

Diploma with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
