Job Summary

Support tender preparation and pricing for interior design and M&E building projects by managing quotations, evaluating supplier compliance, and performing quantity measurements to ensure accurate and competitive submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed tender submissions for interior design projects to meet client and project requirements
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with tender drawings and specifications
• Price tenders for interior design projects by analyzing costs and market rates to deliver competitive bids
• Develop accurate cost estimates for M&E building-related works to support tender submissions
• Perform precise quantity measurements to verify material and resource requirements for project costing
• Coordinate tender documentation preparation to ensure completeness and adherence to project timelines
