Sales Coordinator (Industrial Products)

Location: Ubi, Singapore

Salary Range: $2,500 – $2,900 per month

Work Schedule:

• 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri full day, Sat half day)

Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage incoming sales orders via phone and website. The role involves handling industrial product enquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service support to clients. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and sales orders via phone, email, and website.

• Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and follow up on orders.

• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Support sales team in achieving monthly targets.

• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level

• Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service preferred.

• Good communication skills (spoken and written).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable with online platforms.

• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Work Environment

• Office-based role at Ubi.

• Industrial product sales (B2B focus).

• Reports to Sales Manager.
