Role Overview
Location: Onsite - to be based in Singapore
The role is a permanent five (5) day a week role
Hours: 40 hour work-week (to be discussed with the hiring manager)
Weekend: Including every Saturday
Flexibility: The successful candidate must be flexible to work outside of standard hours to accommodate the global nature of the business and collaborate effectively with international teams across multiple time zones.
Key responsibilities
Direct clinical care & family assessment
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individual therapy and psychotherapy services primarily tailored for children and teenagers to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.
Conduct focused parental guidance and family sessions to equip parents with effective strategies, resolve systemic conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen overall family dynamics.
Provide separate, dedicated individual therapy sessions for adult clients to address mental health concerns.
Conduct comprehensive family assessments utilizing standardized and clinically validated tools (e.g., GAD-7, PHQ-9, CORE-10) to evaluate risk, identify clinical needs, and construct tailored treatment plans.
Facilitate structured conflict resolution and psychoeducational guidance to equip family members with practical coping strategies, effective communication techniques, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Implement robust, evidence-based outcome tracking methodologies to monitor progress, evaluate therapeutic effectiveness, and provide constructive feedback throughout the care journey.
Clinical Operations & Compliance
Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies, professional standards, and ethical guidelines, ensuring timely record updates in designated electronic health record systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Uphold strict client confidentiality and ethical standards in full compliance with relevant local regulations, Singaporean laws, and ethical frameworks established by the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) and related bodies.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, clinical supervisors, and administrative staff to ensure integrated, client-centered care for families.
Participate in crisis response management according to established protocols, providing timely support as required during emergent crises.
Community Engagement & Outreach
Design and deliver workshops, webinars, and presentations on mental health, effective parenting, and relationship wellness for corporate, educational, and community audiences.
Represent the organization at onsite events, engaging with the public to promote wellbeing and facilitate interactive discussions.
Contribute content to thought leadership initiatives, such as writing informative articles and blog posts on e.g. family systems, relational dynamics, and mental wellness.
