Job Summary

Join Birkenstock as a Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers in product selection, support sales transactions, and maintain a welcoming store environment across Singapore locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
• Accurately process sales transactions and retrieve merchandise to support smooth sales operations
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting environment
• Assist with administrative tasks and manage shipments to support store operations
• Support inventory management by receiving stock, restocking shelves, and conducting physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy
• Achieve sales targets by engaging customers and resolving issues promptly
• Adapt to flexible work schedules including weekends and holidays with enthusiasm and professionalism

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred; on-the-job training provided
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and POS systems to support efficient store operations
• Good spoken and written English to communicate effectively with customers. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
