Research Associate / Research Fellow – Health Services Research #HHL

Salary Up to 6K

Job Scope:
• Manage health services and implementation research projects
• Develop study protocols, research questions and evaluation frameworks
• Conduct quantitative, qualitative or mixed-methods analysis
• Manage and analyse research data
• Conduct literature reviews and programme evaluations
• Prepare research reports, manuscripts, presentations and policy briefs
• Coordinate with clinicians, operational teams and other stakeholders
• Support grant applications and research dissemination

Requirements:
• Master’s / PhD in Public Health, Health Services Research, Implementation Science or related field
• Strong research design and analytical experience
• Experience with quantitative / qualitative / mixed-methods research
• R, Stata, SPSS, NVivo or similar software advantageous
• Strong project management and scientific writing skills
• Healthcare / programme evaluation research experience preferred
