Programme Manager (Volunteer & Care Services) (12-Month Contract | SGD 3800 - SGD 4500) – JO 29304

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement frameworks and initiatives to support volunteers in delivering care and support services.
• Coordinate volunteer activation and deployment processes based on operational requirements.
• Manage end-to-end volunteer recruitment, including screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Organise training, engagement, cohesion and appreciation activities for volunteers.
• Develop, review and enhance volunteer management processes and frameworks.
• Support psychological first aid, well-being and morale-related initiatives where required.
• Conduct regular reviews of programmes and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and management to provide programme and operational support.
• Support broader care-related initiatives and other departmental functions as required.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology or a related discipline; candidates with strong academic qualifications will be advantageous.
• Experience in psychology, counselling, social work, volunteer management or related behavioural/social service fields will be advantageous.
• Prior experience or familiarity with the public safety and security sector will be preferred.
• Experience supporting volunteer, care, community or public-sector programmes is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Strong coordination, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
