About this job
Responsibilities
- Handle month-end financial closing, including preparation of journals for bank charges, merchant fees and bank revaluation
- Perform bank reconciliations monthly, ensuring reconciling items are accurately explained and resolved promptly
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve reconciliation discrepancies and support onboarding of new bank accounts
- Manage daily cash flow projections across businesses to optimise cash utilisation and ensure timely and accurate system updates
- Maintain and improve processes and controls, identifying workflow improvements and supporting internal and external audits
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting/Finance functions
