CCTV / Access Control Technician

Systems Maintenance Services Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced CCTV & Security Systems Technician to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and able to independently carry out installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control and Facial Recognition systems at customer sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and IP CCTV systems.
• Install and troubleshoot Access Control / Door Access systems.
• Install, configure and maintain Facial Recognition access systems.
• Carry out cable laying, termination, testing and troubleshooting.
• Configure IP cameras, controllers, readers, facial recognition devices and basic network settings.
• Diagnose system faults and carry out repair or replacement works.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning and handover.
• Attend customer sites for installation, servicing and preventive maintenance work.
• Coordinate with the Project Coordinator and other workers to complete jobs on schedule.
• Guide or supervise junior technicians/helpers at site when required.
• Complete basic service and job reports after work is completed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CCTV, Access Control or Security Systems installation.
• Able to independently install and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
• Experience with Access Control / Door Access systems is required.
• Experience with Facial Recognition systems is required.
• Familiar with IP CCTV, DVR/NVR, card readers, access controllers and basic networking.
• Able to perform cabling, cable termination and basic testing.
• Able to configure devices and carry out basic system setup using a laptop/software.
• Able to communicate with customers and work independently at site.
• Able to guide junior technicians/helpers when required.
• Willing to travel to different project sites in Singapore.

Relevant training and safety certificates can be arranged by the company where required.

Candidates who are experienced in CCTV, Access Control and Facial Recognition systems and can independently handle site installation and troubleshooting are highly encouraged to apply.
