About the role
Assist the Production Manager by handling daily production manpower planning tasks for production staff, data collection and reporting, internal and external communication, document management, and tracking and supporting daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
Key responsibilities
Be responsible for the communication and distribution of various systems or documents at the company and department levels
Budget and Purchase Request purchase for consumables, low-value consumables, fixed assets, etc., and follow up on the arrival, warehousing and collection
Process the collection of consumables in the SAP system, and issue material requisition forms to each production supervisor
Handle matters such as physical examinations, training and reimbursement for employees
Manage processed workshop orders and raw material control in the SAP system, ensuring accurate routing costs and timely submission of machine and labor hours
Assist HR in the connection work with newly recruited employees, and summarize the monthly productivity and KPI assessment data
Assist the production supervisor in the management and modification of daily employee shift scheduling and attendance to ensure accuracy
Other tasks assigned by the production manager
About you
Diploma or above in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiar with administrative and clerical work within the production department
Knowledge of basic document management practices, capable of independently organizing, maintaining, and archiving files and records
Ability to track material movement, update production orders, and collect relevant production data using SAP systems
Skilled in generating standard reports and assisting with production planning and material coordination tasks
Good understanding of manufacturing production processes and workflows
Familiar with production equipment and basic process requirements
Proficient in the use of office software such as Excel and Word, with strong data processing and analysis skills
Basic knowledge of SAP systems for material tracking, production data collection, and inventory management
