Administrative Assistant (4-month contract), Junior Art, School of Young Talent

Main Roles and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the registration exercise for siblings of current students
2. Data entry including input / update of existing student particulars, new applicants for vacation programme and regular courses
3. Attend to email enquiries and phone calls
4. Follow up on fee payment (via phone calls)
5. Generate aging reports to consolidate unpaid fees and ensuring overdue fees are paid for all courses
6. Coordinate schedule for vacation programmes
7. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels
• Team player and one who possesses good organisational and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and with good administrative skills
• Good time management
• Able to work on weekends when required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
