Psychology Executive (Government Sector)

💰 Salary: $3,800 – $4,800 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programmes and frameworks to support volunteer officers

• Coordinate and facilitate volunteer activation processes

• Manage recruitment, selection and panel interviews for volunteers

• Facilitate onboarding of newly appointed volunteers

• Organise engagement, cohesion and appreciation activities

• Develop and enhance volunteer management frameworks

• Support psychological first aid and morale management initiatives

• Conduct regular reviews and enhancements of programme initiatives

• Work closely with management to provide professional consultation

• Support other victim care-related initiatives and departmental functions

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology required; good honours or higher preferred

• Experience in psychology, counselling, social work or related behavioural sciences will be advantageous

• Prior experience or familiarity with the Home Team environment will be advantageous

• Good spoken and written English; proficiency in another language is advantageous

• Comfortable working independently

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
