Parts Administrator (Bentley & Bugatti)

Responsibilities

• Order parts via Bentley parts portal / Salesforce according to the mode of delivery.

• Plan and manage the part inventory at the optimum level as per factory and operation requirements.

• Actively upsell and promote wholesales part trade business

• Track and monitor closely backorder part from factory

• Review parts order prior to order drop by RIM

• Assist with parts marketing campaign to clear aged parts monthly

• Analyse parts lines of parts orders outside RIM for buyback support by Bentley

• Any other tasks as assigned by your manager

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and/or with at least 3 years of relevant experience

• Good knowledge on inventory control and car components

• Independent, resourceful with strong analytical skills

• Pay attention to details and meticulous in daily work.
