Client Partnership Executive

About the Role

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys people — understanding what they want, building real trust, and staying in their corner for the long run. As a Client Partnership Executive, the successful candidate won't be pushing products off a shelf. They'll be the person clients call when they're thinking about their future — buying a first home, planning for a family, or figuring out how to protect what they've worked hard for.

This role sits within a leading financial services organisation, where the focus is on building genuine, long-term client partnerships rather than one-off transactions. It's a role built for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, real relationships, and a real career path — not just a job.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow a portfolio of client relationships, starting from networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to identify people who could benefit from the organisation's solutions

• Meet with clients to understand their life goals, financial priorities, and risk appetite — and translate that into practical, relevant solutions

• Prepare clear, well-researched proposals and recommendations that clients can actually understand and act on

• Stay on top of market trends and product knowledge so advice is always current and credible

• Work closely with senior partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth journey for clients, from onboarding through to ongoing service

• Take part in structured training and mentorship to sharpen both technical knowledge and relationship-building skills

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/ Degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory
