Job Summary

Support the Principal by managing administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering positive relationships with staff and parents to ensure smooth operations within the preschool environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks assigned by the Principal following the school’s policies and guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality of all centre information and intellectual property
• Communicate effectively with the Principal, teachers, and parents to build positive working relationships
• Organize work independently to support daily administrative operations efficiently

Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office to prepare and manage documents
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a childcare setting and interacting with children
• Prior experience in childcare centre is advantageous
• Able to start work within short notice
