Perm Clinic Assistant *CENTRAL* #HZTK

Location: Orchard

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
• Handle clinic billing and maintain accurate patient and administrative records.
• Coordinate patient care, including investigations, follow-ups, and preparation of medical reports.
• Assist the doctor during patient consultations and examinations when required.
• Prepare medications as prescribed and monitor stock levels of medications and clinic supplies.
• Perform general administrative and operational duties to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

Requirements

• Prior clinic assistant experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using clinic management systems; experience with SGiMed or similar systems such as Plato will be an advantage.
