Tennis Coach

Job Summary

The role is responsible for professional tennis coaching, training programme development and player development support. The coach will provide structured technical, tactical and competition preparation training for junior and adult players.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and conduct tennis training programmes according to player levels and objectives.

2. Provide coaching on strokes, serving, footwork, match strategy and tactical awareness.

3. Conduct individual and group coaching sessions.

4. Analyse player performance and provide improvement feedback.

5. Develop training plans for skill development and competition preparation.

6. Organise practice matches and player assessments.

7. Maintain a safe and professional coaching environment.

Requirements

1. Experience in tennis coaching, sports training or related fields.

2. Recognised tennis coaching qualification or equivalent experience preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, training methods and competition preparation.

4. Experience developing junior or competitive players preferred.

5. Good communication, responsibility and execution skills.
