HR Executive | Healthcare

Job Description:

• Lead manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and Employee Handbook.
• Manage compensation, salary structures, job grades, and job descriptions.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.
• Organise employee engagement, welfare, recognition, and staff activities.
• Oversee employee accommodation, dormitory, and uniform management.
• Manage HR operations including contracts, confirmations, transfers, resignations, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate annual performance reviews, increments, bonuses, and long-service awards.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, medical, and hospitalisation matters.
• Provide HR advice and counselling to managers and employees.
• Prepare monthly manpower, HR, and statutory reports.
• Support monthly payroll processing and other HR projects as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Min Diploma in Human Resource
• Have relevant experience in healthcare for at least 1 years
