Accountant

ROLEOVERVIEW

The Accountant, Finance at Mandala Club is responsible for managing all daily accounting operation, GL, AR & AP including financial administrative tasks; the role is the bridge between the Operational Team and the Finance Department and reports directly to the Snr Finance Manager.

KEY OBJECTIVES &DELIVERABLES.

● Supporting CFO, GM and Senior Finance Manager

● Work closely with Membership department and outsourced accounting department in Singapore

● Daily accounting operations GL, AR & AP

● Preparation / supporting invoices

● Perform debtors and creditors statement reconciliation

● Daily Sales Report

● Weekly CMS payments Reconciliation

● Monthly Gym Financial Report Reconciliation

● Attending to auditors enquiries

● Other ad hoc duties

THE RIGHT EXPERIENCE

● Certified Accountant

● Min, 2 years of audit experience OR 3 years of prior experience in Finance Shared Services

● Good experience in full sets of accounting

● Be proficient with accounting software applications

● Advanced skill of Excel/Words

● Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
