Job Responsibilities

• Provide front counter reception and attend to patient enquiries
• Perform accurate clinical data entry
• Coordinate appointments and maintain filing records
• Liaise with insurance companies and assist with payment arrangements
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Relevant healthcare, hospitality, customer service or administrative experience is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Well-organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
