Clinic Executive (Siglap | Up to $3700 | Office Hours) #HGN

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform administrative work relating to the provision of medical services to patients.

* Communicate with patients and relatives regarding their medical condition.

* Handle payments and insurance claims relating to medical services rendered to patients.

* Perform administrative work relating to Medisave / Private Integrated Plan submissions.

* Liaise with insurance company representatives, clinic staff, accountants, patients and relatives regarding claims.

* Prepare cheque refunds for patients.

* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience working in a clinic.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Able to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Good problem-solving skills.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Able to commit to working hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm

Saturday: 8.30am – 1.00pm
