Job Summary

You will manage customer quality concerns and product quality performance, driving improvements in production yield and ensuring timely resolution of issues to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Investigate and analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution
• Manage customer requests related to products in mass production, ensuring clear communication and fulfillment
• Monitor product quality performance continuously and prepare periodic review reports for management decision-making
• Participate in quality reviews and presentations to address customer concerns and provide updates on quality status
• Study production processes and implement improvements to enhance quality yield at each sample status stage

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams
• Self-motivated, innovative, dynamic, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and willingness to perform overtime as needed
