SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily operations and supervise operational staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for staff deployment, work scheduling, attendance monitoring, work quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities and staff deployment.
• Prepare work schedules and allocate duties according to operational requirements.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance, and work quality.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to employees.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with clients and address operational requests and feedback.
• Monitor the proper use of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Maintain attendance, inspection, and operational records.
• Report operational issues and staff matters to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist management in improving operational efficiency and service quality.
